A high immortal of Chanism in Ziyang Cave on Qingfeng Mountain, took Huang Tianhua and Yang Ren as disciples and bestowed treasures such as the Heart-Piercing Nail and the Five-Fire Seven-Feather Fan. He repeatedly acted to save his disciples and guided them down the mountain to defeat enemies, personally participated in breaking the Red Water Formation, and fanned enemy general Wang Bian to death.
