One of the four frontier marquises of the Shang dynasty, the Marquis of the South, commanding two hundred vassal towns in the south. Later, because he submitted a direct remonstrance and argued with Chong Houhu, he was executed by decapitation by King Zhou. His son subsequently led troops to attack Sanshan Pass and participated in the Mengjin Alliance against Shang.
