As Bai Li, one of the Ten Heavenly Lords of Jin'ao Island, he set up the Blazing Flame Array among the Ten Absolute Arrays and explained the array's mysteries to Xiqi. He once discussed plans to defeat Zhou with Zhao Gongming, but was later decapitated in the Blazing Flame Array by Lu Ya's Immortal Slaying Flying Saber.
